Who We Are

An agribusiness partner rooted in the community

NALG Agribusiness Centre is an agricultural production and marketing organisation based in Nakigo, Iganga. We work directly with smallholder farmers to increase production and productivity, reduce post-harvest losses, and connect them to better markets โ€” both local and export.

Our mission is simple and deliberate: turn small-scale farming into profitable farming businesses. Everything we do โ€” training, bulking, input supply and value addition โ€” is built around that single goal.

Bulking & Marketing

We mobilise farmers to bulk maize, coffee and cocoa through farmer groups, reducing transport costs and giving farmers collective bargaining power with schools, traders, millers and processors.

Quality seed and fertilizer inputs supplied to farmers
03

Input Supply

Village agents supply quality seed, fertiliser and pesticides on a commission basis, making genuine inputs accessible at the village level and improving farmers' cash flow.

Value Addition

We process and package maize and other produce into flour and animal feed, increasing farmer income and cutting losses from poor storage.

Our Model

Our strength is the village agent model โ€” trusted locals who train, mobilise and supply inputs, backed by NALG with training, market links and commission.
